Our flexible programming offers a variety of services that allows for a great deal of creativity in designing individual person centered plans. The length and content of each program depends on the needs and goals of each person. Periodic evaluations are made to determine the proper progression to the next phase.
During the Assessment phase, career interests and skills are assessed to determine how to best support individuals in meeting their employment outcomes.
During the Job Development phase we assist individuals with creating a resume, exploring and pursuing employment opportunities, and developing professional interviewing skills.
A variety of employment support services are available. One-on-one employment support is the highest level of support available, and is required at the beginning of all new employment placements. Once the necessary skills are learned and maintained, support is adjusted to allow for the most inclusive and successful employment environment.
Structured days and community integration allow for individuals to learn how to appropriately utilize their local community resources and activities.
Employment Links staff will evaluate the current level of independence and assist in providing opportunities for growth, while developing and exercising age-appropriate skills, decision making, and daily living choices at home, and in the community.

while learning, socializing and meeting new people!
This group offers interactive activities related to budgeting and finance. Â Individuals will be provided with information regarding income, wage reporting, expenses, etc. Additionally we will stress the the importance of needs versus wants and saving for a rainy day!
Individuals will be working together in this group to learn all about good nutrition and healthy meal options. There will be an opportunity to create meals from scratch, as well as come up with weekly menu’s that are realistic and fun!
This group provides individuals with opportunities to learn and practice techniques for managing stress. Some of the techniques include; meditation, deep breathing, mindfulness, conflict resolution, finding the perfect hobby for you and much more! Come on down and RELAX!
Our instructors will be helping individuals to increase stamina and build endurance in a fun and interactive way. Clients will be working at their own pace, on their own level, with nonjudgmental peers to encourage them along the way
Holding an appropriate conversation has proven to be a barrier for some individuals. This group will help individuals to effectively communicate with others, as well as learning how to perceive verbal and nonverbal cues from individuals within their environment.
Employment Links staff assists individuals in obtaining the skills needed to access public transportation options, as well as assisting individuals in securing their driving permit.
